Developed a complete automotive exterior surface model using CATIA V5 based on reference renders. Focused on achieving high-quality surface flow, styling accuracy, and engineering feasibility across all body panels.
Used Generative Shape Design to convert 2D references into precise 3D surfaces. Maintained G0, G1, and G2 continuity across panels like hood, roof, and bumpers. Controlled curves and proportions to match styling intent while ensuring manufacturability.
Achieved a fully connected exterior surface model with smooth transitions and production-level surface quality aligned with automotive standards.
